Job description

You will work as an operator of machines designed for cutting stone blocks and slabs. You will cut the material to the required dimensions and shapes. Your duties will include ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of the cutting process and adhering to safety and quality standards. You will operate various types of saws (e.g., diamond blade saws, bridge saws, wire saws) and use hand cranes to move stone slabs. Work shifts: Monday - Friday 7:00 AM - 2:30 PM

Experience operating machinery such as drilling rigs, cranes or handling equipment.

How will it proceed

The entire recruitment process takes between 2 and 6 months, depending on the job position.

Interview at the Agency

First, you will have initial video interviews with representatives of our partner agency in the Philippines, followed by interviews with representatives of our agency in the Czech Republic. During these interviews, we will verify if you meet the basic requirements for the selected job position.

Testing and Interview with the Employer

After the initial video interviews, you will have a personal or online interview directly with the employer’s representative. If the job position requires it, you will undergo skills testing.

Work Visa Processing

Once the employer agrees to hire you, we will start processing your 2-year work visa for employment in the Czech Republic. The visa processing takes 2-3 months.

Arrival in the Czech Republic

Once you obtain the visa, we will schedule your arrival in the Czech Republic. We will arrange your flight tickets, pick you up at the airport, and take you to the employer.

Starting Employment

Upon arrival, we will handle the mandatory administration, open a Czech bank account for you, provide you with a Czech SIM card, and introduce you to your workplace.
